I basically can eat anything I want so long as;<br /><br />1. There are less than 2 grams of added sugar<br />2. Alone it tastes like sour cream, but I've been adding these sugar free syrups.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.torani.com/flavors/categories/sugar_free_syrups/#sugar_free_syrups"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px;" src="http://www.torani.com/flavors/categories/sugar_free_syrups/#sugar_free_syrups" border="0" alt="" /></a><br /><br />My favorite is caramel so far, but I also have Vanilla, Rapsberry, Irish Cream and Haxelnut.<br /><br /><strong>Fage</strong> is great becasue it goes down easy, has tons of protein (21G in 8oz) and tastes great so long as you mix it up.
